At the SYDOJO we build pro wrestlers from the ground up. SYDOJO training is a specifically designed program by Matt Sydal to progress students from beginners into pros. With hardwork, you will be trained and prepared for your first match in 4 months.
Students will be guided through basic wrestling techniques, takedowns, strikes, falls, bumps, pins and submissions. Learn to run the ropes and even how to jump off them! The Sydojo is the premier place to learn high flying lucha libre and Japanese style wrestling.
SYDOJO Beginners will see improvements in their strength, agility and conditioning.
In addition to the physical components SYDOJO students will learn ring psychology, promos, character development and backstage etiquette.
All students will be preparing for their debut match (with limited attendance of friends and family due to covid) at a SYDOJO Student Showcase Show.

Current All Elite Wrestling star Matt Sydal is a 20 year pro wrestling veteran, world renowned as one the best high flyers of all time, Matt Sydal (Evan 'Air' Bourne from WWE) loves sharing his experience and techniques. He trained in Japan with Dragon Gate Pro-Wrestling and New Japan Pro Wrestling, he also was trained by the WWE in Ohio Valley Wrestling, Florida Championship Wrestling, and NXT. Sydal wrestled as Evan Bourne in the WWE and has been WWE Tag Team Champion with Kofi Kingston, IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Champion with Ricochet, Impact X-Division Champion, Ring of Honor Tag Team Champion with Christopher Daniels, and Dragon Gate Pro-Wrestling Open the Brave Gate Champion.
